Beginning Embroidery Blooming Basket
Embroidery has always been a deservedly popular hobby. It stimulates the imagination, and at the same time provides an island of calm in the midst of a hussle-bussle world. You will learn the following 16 stitches:

Before Class Please Do The Following:
Trace pattern with a Brown 01 Micron Pigma or Gelly Roll pen. Mark Lazy Daisy with only a dot at beginning of stitch. Mark French Knots with only a dot.

- 5” Spring Tension Embroidery Hoop or one you have
- Embroidery Scissors
- Reading Glasses (Magnifying) (optional)
Note* All materials, tools, and notions can be purchased in shop on the day of class at 10% off. If supplies are needed make sure you arrive in class early so that you have enough time to shop.
A minimum of 4 students is required for this class to meet. If a class is cancelled due to low enrollment, you will receive a full refund or you can be rescheduled to a later class.

| Instructor Bio: | Sharon Wilhelm has been teaching at various shops and workshops at quilters' guilds throughout Texas. Many of the classes she teaches are from her original designs, but also a wide range of commercial patterns as well. She loves to teach anything pertaining to quilting, applique, hand quilting, and handwork i.e. Crayola coloring on fabric, hand embroidery and punch needle. She's well know in the quilting community and we're excited to have her teaching classes right here at Hoops and Needles. |
