Memory Bear Class

This class is designed to teach you how to take your loved one's clothing and make a special memory bear.

HOMEWORK:

The bear pattern MUST be precut prior to class.  Each piece needs to be backed with SF101, cut and marked. The class will begin sewing as soon as the class starts.   

ONE set of eyes and noses will be provided to each student

MATERIAL LIST:

• Sewing Machine (must be strong enough to go through multiple layers, a narrow foot)
• Funky Friends Melody Bear Pattern
• Pins (lots and sharp)
• Binding Clips
• Scissors (must be sharp for clipping corners)
• Poly Fiber Fill (one bag per bear)
• Needle and thread (for stitching the opening closed)

Laser Cutting Service.  Save yourself time and have your pattern pieces laser cut for you.  You must provide two (2) 20x20 (body of bear) and one (1) 10x10 piece (ears and foot pads) all fused stabilized with SF101.  We will need these at A MINIMUM OF 2 WEEKS BEFORE CLASS
