| Hoops and Needles began in January, 1984 in a 12 x 12 room at 980 East Street. We stocked 11, 14, and 18 white and cream aida, every exisiting color of DMC, needles, scissors and 100 different titles of Cross Stitch leaflets. Counted Cross Stitch was just beginning to grow in our area of the country. We have grown with the industry over the past 21 years. We stock over 2000 titles of Cross Stitch leaflets, linens, even weaves and cotton aida fabrics, embellishments, buttons, beads, metallics, DMC floss, pearl cotons, overdyed floss and much more.

We have been in our present location since 1987. We expanded in 1995 to both sides of the building.
We feature Wednesday morning stitching, monthly ornament groups and special project stitching groups. We welcome special orders and fill orders by mail and UPS.
